Questions

The things people ask before they buy.

Including the ones with answers you will not enjoy. If a question here had a better answer we would have given it, and where the honest answer is no, it says no.

The one everybody asks first

Will I get banned?

We cannot promise you will not be. SpiritVale does not want to be automated, running this can get your account warned, suspended or banned, and that decision belongs to the people who run the game rather than to us. Anyone who tells you a bot is undetectable is selling you something. What we will say is that an actioned account is not grounds for a refund, and we put that in the refund policy rather than in the small print.

Then why would I use it?

Because you decide whether the trade is worth it, and you can only decide that if somebody tells you the truth about it. Plenty of people run it on an account they can afford to lose, or on an alt, and never on a main they have spent years on. That is a reasonable way to think about it and we would rather you thought about it than found out afterwards.

Do you touch my account?

No. There is nowhere in the app to enter your game login and it never asks for one. It drives the character that is already logged in on your own PC, and nothing about your credentials ever reaches us.

What it is, and what it is not

How does it work, if it is not a key sender?

It asks the game what is around your character, decides, and acts. That is why it can pick the nearest eligible drop inside a range you set, or finish a wounded monster before starting a fresh one. A macro that hammers keys at a window cannot do either of those, because it has no idea what is on the screen.

Can it see through walls or teleport me?

No, and both are deliberate. There is no ESP and no radar overlay beyond what your own client already knows. It moves your character the way you would, by walking and by the game's own warps, so it cannot put you where the game says you cannot be and it cannot make you unkillable. Those are the features that get a tool noticed, and we would rather not ship them.

What happens if I die, or the game freezes?

If your health falls through a floor you set, it warps you home, and it re arms once you have healed. It also restarts the hunt if the game closes, stalls or sticks on a loading screen.

Does it warn me if a GM turns up?

It watches for a game master inside a radius you set, including cloaked ones, and logs summons, roots and teleports. You can have Windows raise an alert the moment it sees one. It is a warning, not protection, and it is worth being clear about the difference.

What you need to run it

What are the system requirements?

Windows 10 or Windows 11. There is no Mac or Linux build and none is planned. We do not publish a per plan table of RAM and processor requirements, because we have not measured across enough machines to earn one and a table we invented would look authoritative while being a guess.

How many characters can I run at once?

One to eight, and what you buy is which. An eight client key does not make your PC faster, it only means the app will let eight run, and the load comes from eight copies of SpiritVale rather than from us. Start at the capacity you are confident in, and ask us before you buy up rather than after.

Do I have to sit and watch it?

No, that is the point of it. The activity log runs while it runs, in plain sentences, so you can read back what it decided and why instead of guessing what happened while you were out.

What languages is the app in?

Six: English, Filipino, Indonesia, ภาษาไทย, 中文 简 and 繁.

Keys and money

Is there a free trial?

No. There is no trial, no demo and no free tier, and rather than dress that up: we are a small operation, every key is issued by hand, and a trial would cost us more time than it would win us. The honest alternative is that the shortest term is thirty days, so the cheapest way to find out whether it suits you is the cheapest key rather than a trial.

Can one key cover two computers?

No. A key is tied to one Device ID, which is derived from that machine's hardware and Windows install, so it will not work on a second PC. If you move to a new machine or reinstall Windows, send us the new Device ID and we move your remaining time across, free, as often as you need.

Can I get a refund?

No, once a purchase completes. A key is delivered instantly and can be used straight away, so sales are final, including for a key you have not activated. The exception is when something went wrong on our end: a duplicate charge, a billing error, or a purchase that never delivered a working key. Tell us and we will put it right.

What do I actually get for a fixed term?

Somebody keeping it working while the game moves underneath it. The app updates itself, so when SpiritVale patches, the fix reaches you without you downloading anything again. You are not buying a file, you are buying the maintenance, and that is why it is a term rather than a one off.

Not answered here?

The pricing page answers what you ask with a wallet open, payment, keys and what happens when one runs out. Anything else, use the contact form. It reaches us directly and you do not have to join anything to use it.
